The club is the Newest club in the South of England which is affiliated to the England Volleyball Association. The club was put together by a group of like minded individuals in the need of high profile, high skill level volleyball.
These individuals were not satisfied with the options available to them locally so were prepared to found a club which would boost the outlook of the game of volleyball both locally and within the South East.
The club has a very high affiliation to Applemore College where a great majority of our players are sourced. This is turn was a great foundation for creating a club based around our youth players and a great basis for encouraging these young players to become the next generation of International, National, or local players. Those that attend the club do so because of a yearning to become better at something which they regard highly. For those that are new to the sport, the majority attend with an intention of pushing themselves to new limits and show that any one can play the game, no matter of age, gender, ability.
The club has high hopes for the future, and would like to think that they will become one of the best clubs within the South.
